We provide adult community nursing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Our Community Matrons, District Nurses and Community Night Nursing Team provide nursing care, support, advice and treatment for people in their own homes.
How we provide it
Led by our Nurse Director and experienced healthcare leader.
We have aligned the workforce to each of the 4 local Primary care networks. We have assigned clinical nursing leads to each PCN and reduced our vacancy rate.
We have funded new and innovative GP community lead roles to share learning, solve local issues and bring back the integration of community nursing teams and GPs.
We have a close partnership with Royal Surrey Foundation Trust and Surrey University that enables all employees access to training opportunities and career development from Health care assistant to Clinical Lead.

Procare have a clinically led structure from the board to local teams. The Community Matron, District Nurse and Community Night Nursing teams provide excellent care for their patients in their own homes. We aim to provide a sustainable resilient workforce that is highly skilled and innovative to provide safe, high quality, effective and responsive care for local people and their families.
