What does Procare do?

General Practices working collaboratively to deliver healthcare in our community.

Procare consists of Procare Community Services and Procare Health.

Procare Community Services provides 24/7, community nursing service in Guildford and Waverley, via a joint venture with our local hospital, Royal Surrey Foundation Trust.

Procare Health works with our 4 Primary Care Networks to deliver Improved Access appointments and are helping them to establish a team of allied health professionals.
