Ailsa joined Procare Community Services in September 2021.
She oversees our Community Nursing service in the Waverley part of our patch, running south of Guildford and as far west as Haslemere. We have a large team of nurses locally, servicing a total patient population of around 107,000 and Ailsa ensures that the service they provide is tailored to local patient needs and is innovative as well as safe and effective.
This Improved Access service will both increase convenience for our patients, and will assist in decreasing the tremendous pressure that our emergency departments are experiencing on a day-to-day basis.
