Jane, currently serving as a Chief Operating Officer, as a senior executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Her career commenced as a Nurse at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, where she gained invaluable experience and insights into the intricacies of patient care.
During her time in the Emergency Department, Jane's passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services led her to pursue an Emergency Care Qualification BSc (Hons), a testament to her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
In 2005, Jane embarked on a transformative path, transitioning from clinical practice to healthcare management where she assumed the role of Specialty Manager in Medicine at RSFT.
In 2013, Jane took a new course in her career, taking on the role of Lead for Adult Community Services. This shift marked the beginning of her contributions to community healthcare, focusing on the holistic well-being of patients beyond hospital walls. Her journey continued to ascend as she embraced the role of Head of Transformation, demonstrating her aptitude for creating positive change and innovation within healthcare systems.
Jane's commitment to enhancing healthcare services and patient experiences culminated in her position as Associate Director of Adult Community Services for Guildford and Waverley. Here, she was at the helm of ensuring the seamless coordination of services, all while upholding her enduring commitment to the values instilled during her nursing training.
Throughout her career, Jane has remained deeply dedicated to her mission: leading services that prioritise exceptional patient care. Her unique blend of clinical expertise and management acumen enables her to bridge the gap between operational efficiency and compassionate healthcare, demonstrating that her roots as a nurse remain a guiding force in her journey.
Beyond her professional life, Jane finds solace in her role as a mother, shuttling her three children to various activities, and indulges her passion for tranquillity through walks and engaging in DIY projects and more recently a beagle puppy.
